1️⃣ Lower-Calorie & Lighter Dairy-Free Shamrock Shake (Double this recipe to make it a meal)

✅ Less sugar, no ice cream, but still delicious

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or oat milk
  • ½ frozen banana (for thickness & sweetness)
  • ½ cup ice cubes (for texture)
  • ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract or 2 drops of Peppermint Stevia
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or a sugar-free sweetener
  • 1/4 Cup Spinach
  • 5-6 Fresh Mint leaves
  • 1/2 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder

Instructions:

  1. Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy a guilt-free version!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut milk (or oat milk)
  • ½ cup dairy-free vanilla ice cream
  • ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract (not mint extract)
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or sugar
  • 1/4 cup of spinach
  • 5-6 fresh mint leaves
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped coconut cream (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Blend everything except the whipped topping until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and top with coconut whipped cream.
  3. Enjoy your creamy, minty shake!
